About Exposed & Judged Studio
Exposed & Judged Studio is a privately operated content-production and publishing application used to create, review, prepare, and publish original fictional storytelling content for the Exposed & Judged social media channels.
Information accessed from connected platforms
When an authorized account owner connects a TikTok account, the application may access information allowed by the scopes the owner authorizes through TikTok, including basic account identity information such as an account identifier, display name, username, and profile information.
If publishing functionality is authorized and available, the application may use permissions needed to prepare or submit media to the authorized TikTok account and obtain information needed to determine the status of those submissions.
How information is used
Information received from TikTok is used only to provide requested account-connection and content-publishing functionality, verify the connected account, determine available publishing capabilities, and report the status of authorized publishing activity.
TikTok information is not used for advertising or profiling and is not sold.
Authentication and credentials
Connections to TikTok use TikTok's official authorization mechanisms. The application does not request or store the account owner's TikTok password.
Authentication credentials and authorization tokens used by the local Studio application are stored using secure operating-system credential storage where supported. They are not intentionally included in exported content packages or public application pages.
Content publishing
Connecting an account does not publish content. Publishing actions require the Studio's review and publishing workflow, an authorized connected account, and functionality that is available for that platform connection.
Sharing of information
Information obtained through TikTok is not sold or rented to third parties. Information may be transmitted to TikTok when needed to perform an account-owner-authorized TikTok API operation.
Data retention
The application retains only information reasonably needed to maintain authorized account connections, publishing records, and operational history. Authorization credentials may be removed when the connected account is disconnected or access is revoked.
Revoking access
An account owner may disconnect TikTok from Exposed & Judged Studio. Access may also be revoked through TikTok's account and application authorization controls.
Third-party services
Use of TikTok is also governed by TikTok's own terms, policies, and privacy practices. Exposed & Judged Studio does not control TikTok's independent handling of information.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when application functionality, platform integrations, or applicable requirements change. The current revision date appears above.
