These Terms of Service govern use of Exposed & Judged Studio and its connections to supported third-party services.
About the application
Exposed & Judged Studio is a privately operated content-production and publishing application used to create, review, prepare, and publish original fictional storytelling content for the Exposed & Judged social media channels.
Authorized use
The application is intended only for authorized operators and account owners. Operators are responsible for ensuring they have permission to connect and publish to every social media account used with the application.
Third-party platform connections
Exposed & Judged Studio may connect to third-party services, including TikTok, through official platform APIs and authorization mechanisms. Use of a connected platform remains subject to that platform's terms, policies, developer requirements, and community guidelines.
Account authorization
Connections require authorization from the applicable account owner. Exposed & Judged Studio does not require an operator to provide a social media password directly to the application. Authorization can be disconnected or revoked by the account owner.
Publishing
Connecting a social media account does not by itself publish or authorize automatic publication of content. Publishing occurs through the application's workflow using an authorized connected account and only where the relevant publishing functionality is available.
The operator remains responsible for reviewing content, metadata, privacy settings, and other publishing selections before publication.
Content responsibility
The operator is responsible for ensuring that content prepared or published through the application complies with applicable laws, intellectual-property requirements, platform policies, and other relevant obligations.
Availability
Functionality may change as supported platforms modify their APIs, authorization systems, policies, or technical requirements. Features may be changed, limited, or discontinued when necessary for security or platform compliance.
No guarantee of third-party service availability
Exposed & Judged Studio does not control the availability, operation, review decisions, account actions, or policies of third-party platforms such as TikTok.

How the Studio handles information received through connected services is described in the Privacy Policy.
